Stangl Pottery "Bitter Sweet" Butter Dish w/ Lid Hand Painted NJ USA.
In excellent condition!  No chips or cracks. One small imperfection on the base (as shown in photo).
Base measures 3 3/8 inches wide by 8 1/2 inches long.
The lid measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 6 inches long.
The top stands 2 3/4 inches tall (not sitting on base).
The lid does not sit completed flat on the base (see the photos) which is typical with this type of hand made pottery.
